Made for a young lady turning "Sweet 16" with a rubber ducky luau themed party. I was given a copy of the napkin for inspiration, but free reign from there. The bottom tier is yellow and the top 2 tiers are chocolate cake. All covered in buttercream and fondant. The bottom 2 tiers were hand painted and the fondant topper was handmade.
