I used the Wilton Mini Wonder Mold(doll) Pan. The design was featured in the Wilton 2007 yearbook. The bodice is a gumpaste/fondant mixture. If you'd like a copy of the bodice template I could email it to you.

These are adorable! I would love the template for the bodice and the shoe. I have some "diva" cupcakes to do for a co-worker and putting a mini shoe on top would be so cute.
