This was done for my display at the coffee shop. It is a mini version (personal size) of what I want to sell. This is 2 of the mini-fill (wilton pan) layers iced in BC and smoothed. The mortar board is Satin ice that dried for a couple of days... then I put it on top of the cake and airbrushed blue. The tassle is chocopan put into my pampered chef garlic press for that hair look :) Enjoy
