Fiesta Time 40Th
Wow it's been so long since I've shared a cake here!! Prob cuz I'm not doing as many cakes these days.... This was a Fiesta/Cinco di Mayo 40th birthday cake. Choco cake, filled with choco fudge, iced with BC. Fiesta dress is fondant, cake topper is Mexican tissue flowers.

Beautiful! Here in San Antonio we celebrate Fiesta Week every April. This would be the PERFECT cake for a Fiesta Party here! (Although the whole week is one BIG PARTY!)
