Made these tacos for a Cinco de Mayo party. Shell is chocolate molding clay, meat is cupcakes, lettuce is coconut with food coloring, cheese is chocolate, the olives are fondant, & sourcream is buttercream. Chili pepper plate is gumpaste with a little fondant.
