msmarib: Thank you! I use marzipan because that is what people here in Sweden are used to having on their cakes. Cakes covered in buttercream of fondant is almost unheard of hear. Marzipan is a little harder to work with than fondant. It is a bit 'grainy', and break fairly easy. Other than that I use it the same way I would fondant.
