Castle Cake made for my DD's 4th birthday. We just got back from Disneyworld so she requested a castle cake. Bottom layer is Chocolate almond cake with choc ganache buttercream filling and top tier is white cake with strawberry buttercream filling. Thanks to kelleym for the inspiration!
