Bottom tier - carrot cake with orange and roasted walnuts with mascarpone cream filling; 2nd tier lemon poppy seed cake with lemon curd filling; 3rd tier dark chocolate mousse cake; top tier lemon cake with lemon cheesecake filling. All tiers iced with chocolate ganache and each tier wrapped with a chocolate lace collar. Had fun doing this cake - the lace collars were so easy to do. The hardest part was transporting this cake as it had to be constructed first in order to do the collars - it arrived safely.
