I'm taking Wilton classes. I wanted to bring a cake to our family's Easter gathering, but instead of some sort of rabbit cake, I wanted a springtime flower cake. I decided on a sunflower them and found wonderful instructions online by a woman named Peggy Weaver. I'm new to all of this, so I don't know if she's well known in "the business". It was a yellow pound cake with bavarian cream filling and buttercream frosting. Not only did they LOVE how it looked, but they licked the plate clean!
