Critique Subgroup Member: Very pretty cake! I love the bright flowers and your Bc is very smooth! I'm not a pillar person, but I don't mind them, although maybe the clear ones would've fit better with the clear topper. Maybe a few flowers in the middle? I like the board. Nice job!

Critique Subgroup Member: Wow is this cake retro! Hmm the plates are really noticable. I think I would have made the flower border smaller and put the same bouquet on the board to help hide it or possible, covered it in icing to hide it. Otherwise your icing is so smooth and your flowers are well done and your cake board is wonderful as it does not detract nor gain the entire attention! Job well done!

Critique group member: I agree with the others about the pillars, my other suggestion would be to have used a solid colored "statue" on the top the clear just disappears compared to the brightness of the flowers. It is a beautiful cake though, the flowers are lovely!

Critique subgroup member: I love the height of your tiers. I also love how you placed the flowers up on the sides of the cakes. All I would have done was place some BC flowers in the center of the pillars.

Critique Subgroup Member: This is a pretty cake. Your buttercream is very smooth and the flowers look nice. As for your question about what else you could have put between the tiers, sorry, but I can't come up with a suggestion. I probably wouldn't have used the pillars, but that's just me. Congratulations on your son's marriage!

Critique Subgroup Member. Another pretty cake. The colors go together very nicely and your borders look even. I like the ribbon color for the board. I agree with SusieHazCakes--I wouldn't have put the pillars in. I can't think of something that would have complimented the rest of the design in the middle of the tiers.

Critique subgroup member: This is a very pretty cake. It's very smooth and even looking all around. The flowers are very nicely done. The colors go together, but boy, I can't think of anything to add to the middle either. I, too, have to agree about the pillars, but maybe, and this is a big maybe you could have incorporated some vine tendrils in some way? That's just a thought though. You did a great job with this cake!

Critique Subgroup Member: what a gorgeous cake! Like the others said, your buttercream and your flowers are perfect. I don't think the tiers are bad really- maybe I would have used some thinner ones that were a bit shorter or none at all. Still, it's a fantastic cake :)

Critique Subgroup Member: I would have iced the bplate to blend in with the cakes and possibly piped a few vines around the columns to kind of camoflague them a bit but overall it really doesn't need anything. When you give the bride the cake she wants and she is happy, all is perfect!!!! Your BC and flowers are great. With your permission, I want t use this as example for ideas for my brides!
