Wedding cake for my sister. She had a small wedding and came to florida for her honeymoon. I wanted her to have a wedding cake, so I made this small shell cake since she loves the ocean so much. Covered in fondant and decorated with gumpaste shells, pearls and appliques. The sand is brown sugar mixed with granulated sugar and a bit of edible glitter mixed in for the extra sparkle.
