8" round covered in buttercream and fondant. People are fondant as well. I made a flat square of rolled out thin fondant and "quilted " (cut with a fondant cutter)the blocks one by one to make the "quilt" look. then placed that loosely on the cake to make it look as though there was a blanket on it instead of snugly on the cake. This was for a family member who had tried for 3 years to concieve and finally got the good news!! Other accents are made of fondant
