This was made for my son's 12th birthday party. All buttercream.

Pac Man. Aaww the good ol days :) My kids think it's great. Who would think as far as video gaming has come, they would love our old games. Great cake!

Is that chocolate BC or just black BC

It is black BC. I used a powder food coloring instead of a paste, but I can't remember the brand. I need to go get more. LOL You just take it to a charcoal gray color, and it deepens as it sets.

Do the powder colors take less to get the dark colors? I have only used powder color one time. The cake store I went to was out of lime green, so he gave me a free shot of lime powder he had. It seemed to work well. Just wondered if you had a pro/con to powder verse paste.
