Penguins On An Iceberg

Cake done for a friend whose son loves penguins, hockey and fish. Note the fish coming out of the water to watch the penguin play hockey. All decorations are fondant and gum paste with some sanding sugar, luster dust, and rock candy thrown in there for good measure. Bottom cake is Chocolate with truffle filling and whipped ganache frosting, middle cake is strawberry cake with cheesecake filling and vanilla bean buttercream top cake is triple vanilla brown butter cake with caramel brown sugar buttercream.

I luv Guins and this is the best Guin cake I've ever seen...the details on the cake are terrific and the personalities on the guins are fab! WOW!!! This is really one of my all time favs!
