I was so nervous. It was my first time covering three tiers in fondant and transferring and setting up in a banquet/conference center. Everything turned out well...although I do need to learn how to more gracefully put each tier on top of eachother without putting my fingers in the icing! :0) Its banana, chocolate and WASC with regular and chocolate buttercream with satin ice fondant and hand piped black scrolls...hope you like it!
