I planned to take a break from cakes until May. Been working a lot at lately and needed to rest, but then I decided to do this one as a surprise for a friend's birthday. Wanted to make it simple. This a four layer 6"; alternating chocolate mocha and fudge marble cake with Ganache filling. Chocolate IMBC with Bailey's Irish Creme (very delicious). Vanilla and Cappuccino cookies. I hope he thought this was manly enough for him to be okay with the chocolate roses (smile) which were purchased, by the way.
