Made as a suprise for a colleague who retired this week.The poppy is on our school emblem. As soon as she saw it she asked me to do one for her 40th wedding anniversary in November.

This cake is absolutely perfect. I can't find a single thing I don't like about it! How did you do the lettering and the lace look on the sides?
Thank you. I used a diamond embosser that I brought in my local cake shop that is from the same company as this link where I copied the design fom and used a crimper for the edges but not the same as the one on the link.The letters and the poppy you can find on this site too.
