Hiking And Biking!
I sculpted a 6" and 9" cake to make this hiking cake. My husband actually worked out the structure of the spiral on paper. I added a wedge of cake and then sculpted some into the cake as well. The bike is leaning on the right side of the cake. All of the decorations are gum paste. The guy figure on top is just great! Everything is so smooth and well decorated!
