This was my 2nd cake ever! I made a fishbowl cake from Women's Day magazine last year and have been itching to do another, more "professional", cake. I got the recipe from a friend of a friend who is in the business. It is an almond sour cream cake with crusting buttercream icing and satin ice fondant accents. I got lots of inspiration, tips and ideas from this great website and plan on doing more cakes since I'm now hooked! Thanks for looking!
