Wow, thanks for the amazing comments! I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do this cake, and I was quite happy with the end result. I used an oval pan and shaped in free hand using a caricature photo I had from him. I just baked one pan and filled it after I shaped it. I then coved it with buttercream and to accentuate the cheeks, chin, nose and eyebrows, I put shaped fondant pieces and then covered the cake with fondant. Finally airbrushed the cake.

Thank you, thank you! You are all so gracious, I do have a passion for cake decorating and dedicate many hours to each creation. The cake is laying flat.
