This is a carved foot cake made to look like my MIL's foot post surgery. There are candles sticking out of the toes. Those are meant to replicate the screws she had sticking out of her toes just after surgery. The toe nails are fruit leather. It's iced in buttercream and the writing is with red piping gel.
