Giant Christmas Cupcake on Cake Central

This cake was made using the giant cupcake pan from Wilton. It was a champagne cake with buttercream icing. The base of the cupcake was surrounded with the soft peppermint sticks that I purchased at Cracker Barrel. The cupcake top was sprinkled with peppermint sugar crystals and the entire cake was sprayed with the pearl luster spray.

The peppermint stix are a great touch. I have this pan, but haven't had time to use it yet. Thanks for the great idea!
