Louis Vuitton Rainbow Purse

Covered in fondant with gumpaste/fondant accents. Hand drawn symbols with food coloring pens. I did not correctly estimate how long that would take me! Jeez!! The handle gave me a tough time after the 3rd one broke. I am really starting to enjoy these purse cakes! TFL!

You did a great job on this cake! I want to make one for my sister, and was wondering how you got it to be in that shape? (what type of cake pan did you use?) Any tips would be MUCH appreciated! :) Thanks! :D

Thank you! I just put (2) 9x13's side by side and started sculpting to the shape I wanted.

Do you mind me asking where you got the food coloring pens? I seem to only be able to find the primary colors at my local craft store (or neon). Thanks! :D

They are "Gourmet Writing Pens" from either IntotheOven or GlobalSugarArt. I've seen them on a few other sites too!
