Purse Cake
Made this cake for a customer who wanted to give her sister a Fendi purse for her 50th BD. It didn't turn out as the picture, but the customer liked it alot. Chocolate cake carved with bavarian cream filling, covered in BC and fondant. Sunglasses are made from fondant/gumpaste. Imprint was done using a stamp I made from a potatoe. Worked out great. Wow - that looks great - how did you do the finish on the handels?
vonnie99, thank you. I actually just used a blossom cutter and made impressions all over to try and make it look like alligator skin.
