This is the 2nd of 2 cakes ordered for a baby boy shower. The top tier is a baby gift box with baby gifts inside of it: onesie, socks, cap, bib, booties, pacifier, baby bottle, rattle (which had rice inside to allow it to actually make a sound), all of the details were made of gumpaste.
