For my daughter's first birthday I decided to go ALL OUT, for me anyway! This was my first attempt at stacking cakes, so I didn't think it was all too bad... I used a 9x13 cake and carved all the pieces out, covered them in fondant and stuck them all together! I used the "wood" and "painted" sides of the cube blocks to spell out the name. Any suggestions for next time I try this?
