I found the idea for this online...can't put links but go to flickr (dot) com and search for "zalita castle" and you'll find it. I made these for my daughter's 6th bday to take to school. And they took MUCH longer than I thought they would (and weren't as good as the talented zalita online but my daughter loves them. They are fondant castles, with pearl luster dust on them. Plus I sprinkled some of that flake glitter on the icing. VERY girly :)
