critique group member: all I have to say is WOW! This is a really impressive cake! I love the scrollwork on the side..looks very even. your roses and leaves look wonderful and I love the cross on the top. The only think I wish is that there was a more frontal view of the cake! :D

Critique subgroup member: While the size is impressive and your roses are lovely, I don't care for the design much, but that is me and not you. The "celtic" nature of the cross doesn't fit well with the pastel roses or scrolls for that matter. It just seems a little disjointed, scrolls, roses and celtic designs do not go together well for me. Then the cakes seems slightly askew. But again this is all me and others may see differently. Sorry :oops:
