Gorgeous! But how did you make him?

I basically roll out the chocolate modeling clay to the thickness I want and with an xacto knife cut out the shape. Then take a clay sculpting tool and make lines and add any additional elements like his fluff on his chest. Hope that helps. Thanks for the kind words!
