How did you make a bow out of chocolate? I would love to know. Would you share with us on that? By the way the cake and bow are just gorgeous and look delicious....lol...
Thank you. I made the bow using acetate strips, as the choc starts to set you pinch ends together and place them on thier side. Once choc has set remove acetate stips and then place on cake using choc to 'glue' it all together.

It's gorgeous! The chocolate is perfectly smooth and the bow is fantastic...I've never seen a bow made of chocolate. Love it!
