Another super bouquet! I'm still amazed (and envious) at how you can arrange your cookies so perfectly.

Fabulous - but I have a question. Your bouquets are always so grand and I think it's because you can see every cookie, not to mention the excellent decorating job. But I'm too nervous to make mine so tall like that because of getting too "tippy". Do you ever worry about that? Do you weigh your base with something more than just the foam? Thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!
