This is a cake of the month I did for February for regular clients of mine. It is a 1/2 sheet Cherry Creme torted and filled with Cream Cheese and Tart Cherry filling. The frosting is Vanilla Butter Nut Butter Cream and all decoration is done with royal icing and gum paste. Thank you for looking
