Made this for my hubby's BD. 6 torted layers of caramel cake with amaretto ganache filling. Covered with fondant. Piping gel condensation and 'melted ice'. Molded sugar bottles and sugar ice.

I was supposed to make one of these last year for my son's 21st birthday - I never got to it...so I promised this year. I am saving this for inspriation this summer! Thanks for sharing!
