I actually use a bit of piping gel (or royal icing - whichever I have handy) on the bottoms of the wrappers, then I use bamboo skewers to hold them (I cut off the extra sticking out of the cupcake)

it's a 6 inch pot and I think I was able to get 18 cupcakes on there
