My husband's grandmother's birthday. 9 and 6 in round, french vanilla and coconut cake with key lime curd. Mine and my husband's first attempt at making gumpaste flowers (yikes!!). Had issues with drying, made them 3 days in advance, and were still soft. I bought pre-made gumpaste, maybe that was the problem!?! I usually use fondant.
