What an assortment! Such nice work. What icing recipe do you use to make your rosebuds? Mine flatten out.

Thanks! I use Antonia74 Royal Icing. For the rosebuds, I use the same recipe and set a little aside of stiffer consistency before adding more water. Also, I notice that if you haven't thoroughly mixed the royal icing recently using an electric mixer, it's more likely to flatten.
