Heart Petits Fours
i made these really quickly for my moms of multiplpes group meeting tonight. i wanted to try a poured ganache recipe and i thought maybe petits fours! i didn't make enough ganache, though and they are not covered completely (i'll know for next time!)
they are milk chocolate cake with chocolate poured ganache and buttercream hearts.
They look great. I have recently discovered that I like chocolate and these look good. Maybe I will make some for V-Day instead of Chocolate Strawberries or maybe both......

Critique subgroup member: Yummy! Too bad about the ganache but it was for your Mom and they understand.
Critique subgroup member: even though you didn't have enough ganache, they still look great. they are nice and smooth- no bubbles or thicker parts across the top. Nice addition with the little hearts

critique subgroup member: These look scrumptious!! only critique would be, when piping hearts, make sure to bring the bottom to a point.
