Thanks everyone! Christi, I put the dots and lining on after I'd already but the ribbon around the cake. I just glue it with a little water mixed with tylose (very small amount of tylose) it it. Don't put too much or the dots will slide. :-) Yeah, I've had that happen as well.

That's supposed to say don't put too much glue on the backsides of the dots/lining or they will slide. Didn't make that clear.
