Done for my Great-niece's 3rd birthday. Cake (shell) is homemade chocolate with buttercream icing and fondant. Base is styrofoam covered in fondant with brown sugar worked in to make look like sand (loved the results!). Ariel of course is a doll, and Flounder is make of fondant.
