This is practice with cornelli lace and ruffles. The icing was an experiment with making a key lime flavor. It was really deicious but the yellow cake didn't compliment it very well. What would you guys suggest?

The cornelli lace looks good! I would maybe just leave the icing white, or a pale pink.
