Black And White Square Cake
OK, you know you're a cake geek when you'll do a cake for "fun" in the middle of the week for no good reason. OK, my reason was that I want to do wedding cakes, but I needed a picture of what I could do to convince people... So this is it. My first wedding cake. There are some fondant problems in the corners with more practice, I'll get better. I used tip 1 for my piping and it still seemed really big to me. Let me know what you all think. Thanks!

I think it looks great. PME makes a 1.5 tip that is smaller than a wilton 1 tip and that is what I use for piping detail. I think it is fine. Keep up the good work you should be getting business real soon. Good luck!! :wink:
