this cake was actually for a bar mitzvah. they were doing a rock concert theme and wanted the cake to coordinate. we added his hebrew name and a talit to bring in some significance. i had made the hebrew name in advance in royal icing, but all the pieces broke!! so i had to free hand the name last minute, it was one of the scariest things i've done on a cake! red velvet, 6,8,10,14 with white choc mousse filling and fondant icing. thanks for looking! all comments appreciated!
