First Cake After Watching Sugarshack's Dvd
This was a chocolate cake with choc raspberry fudge filling. I loved the way it turned out (icing it that is). As far as decorating, I just wanted something quick. It was mainly to practice my newly learned technique. I still need lots of practice.
That cake is AMAZINGLY smooth!!!
I'm back, did that video show how to make it smooth? What method do you use?
Sugarshack's dvd goes step by step on how to get a perfectly smooth cake. There are a couple of forum posts (at least) about how wonderful the dvd is. When you have time, check them out.
