idea came from Wilton yearbooks - sort of combined two different cakes. Was fun o do - made it for a friend at work who - even though she is 35 - loves rollercoasters and spends all her vacations going to amusement parks to ride coasters! Cars and people are fondant, ticket booth is candymelt and all icing is buttercream
