This is an idea from Betty Crocker. It's 23 iced cupcakes (one left over for yourself to enjoy!) shaped into a tree. The ornaments are M&Ms and the trunk is embellished with upside down kisses. The star is a rolled out Starburst that I cut with a cookie cutter.
