Thanks everyone! To smooth the icing I used the foam paint roller after the icing had crusted. (melvira method) For the part I couldn't get with a roller I used a viva paper towel.
GREAT JOB!!! I'm an LSU fan also.....I wish I would have had that at our championship party!! I live in Aiken, SC .....I'm sure the Gamecock fans would have loved that! I will make this a favorite!!
