Golden Bauble Chocolate Cake
can't seem to post an answer - keep getting error message. It was belgian chocolate paste [not sugarpaste] and then dusted with cocoa powder. It was supposed to be done by spraying cocoa butter and chocolate on the frozen cake to give it a velvet look but my sprayer just would not work. I was trying up to an hour before delivery was due. Had to give up in the end and dust with cocoa powder.
How did you make those spheres? Great effect!
they are made with chocolate - hollow half spheres, stuck together and then dusted with gold lustre powder
