Dinner will be authentic Mexican food, so we kept with that theme and did a margarita theme cake. Cake is chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. Fondant that covers the cake is butter rum flavored. Cake topper with 50 is pulled sugar, with pulled sugar bow. Bow pieces made out of fondant covered with eatable paint and sugar. Limes are fondant and painted with eatable paint.
Each cake was torted so this cake is chocolate upon chocolate upon chocolate!
