This is where i brought the two pacific island cultures into one cake, the top is i say the Maori cake, with Flax woven ribbon with Paua shell koru design on the front i did,& a tiny harakeke woven flower. Flax woven mat to cover the board, the cake is Chocolate, we have used a icing print on top of the birthday guy. The bottom cake is the Tongan Cake, Tapa cloth wrapped around the side of the cake and the board, also have covered te pillars in tapa, and there are Shell chocolates on top of the Bottom cake
