Mini Cake - Wedding/birthdays
a mini cake made of fruit cake (or can be done in sponge/carrot etc) covered with marzipan and fondant icing. roses are made from gumpaste and the gyp used is artificial, secured on with royal icing. also royal icing pearls at base of cake.
